Lani M. Sen Woltmann, Esq., Pro Bono Director
Prior to working as Director, DRLC Pro Bono Services, Lani served as District Director of the Los Angeles District Office of FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, formerly NASD) where she oversaw the examination and regulation of stockbrokers and broker-dealers headquartered in Southern California and Southern Nevada. She has more than 20 years of compliance and securities experience. Prior to working for FINRA, Lani was a staff attorney specializing in litigation with the SEC, the FTC, the ACLU and the Honolulu law firm Carlsmith Ball. Lani is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa (B.A.) and the Universtiy of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall, J.D.). She is admitted to practice law in California, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Hawaii and Southern California.
