Saddia Khan, Esq.

Saddia Khan is a Litigation Attorney with the Civil Rights Litigation Project at the Disability Rights Legal Center. Ms. Khan has participated in cases involving the rights of individuals with disabilities with respect to physical access and accommodations by private and public entities. She has also helped create and conduct workshops on the legal rights of children with disabilities within the schooling system.

Prior to joining the DRLC, Ms. Khan worked as a legal clerk at Littler Global PLC in Phoenix, Arizona. There she worked on matters concerning global business immigration and nationality law. Ms. Khan was also an active member of the Florence Immigrant Refugee Rights Project where she provided free legal services to men, women and children detained by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Ms. Khan is a 2005 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where her legal studies concentrated on civil rights, public international law and human rights.
